Eclectic Witchcraft is a culmination of taking my practice out of the pages of my grimoire and putting it onto paper. While writing this book, I kept in mind every question I’ve received from each of you and expanded upon the areas in which practitioners struggle the most when starting out.

Bonus: Each chapter concludes with broom closet witch tips for those of you not practicing out loud.

The Full Moon in Gemini arrives on the 7th of December. The last Full Moon before the solstice is the "Mourning Moon," though many attribute the to the November full moon. This moon is a time to let go of things we've been holding onto for too long.

Gemini is the third sign of the zodiac and one of communication and diversity. It is a mutable sign as well as an air sign which makes for a very adaptable and intellectual energy.

The New Moon in Capricorn arrives on December 23rd. Capricorn is an earth sign and one of diligence, drive, and practicality.

New Moons are a great time for setting intentions. With the moon in Capricorn, it's a great time to do spellwork involving careers, productivity, and success.

Hello! I'm Charlotte Wilde.

My love affair with magic began at an early age, haphazardly creating potions out of kitchen supplies and wandering into the forest in search of fairies.

But it was in my middle school years that the cult classic film “The Craft” arrived into my life and was the perfect catalyst into the world of witchcraft for this crystal collecting, astrology studying, occult fixated, JNCO wearing outcast.

Have I dated myself yet?

My first Book of Shadows was a 5×7 spiral bound Five Star notebook with a holographic, quirky sticker I scored from one of those quarter machines that could be found in the entrance portion of the big box stores.

This was 1990-something. We didn’t have cool Etsy shops for witchy stickers then, okay? But what I wouldn’t give to be able to unearth that relic.

My path with paganism has been a winding one but one where I’ve always felt most at home. Surrounded by decades worth of collected crystals, divination supplies, and all things macabre.

It’s my hope that you find something here that you love, be it a product or knowledge, that assists you along your own path. Whatever that may be.
