We are a spiritual supply store ran by two eclectic witches who want to spread the joy of all things witchy and magical — one purchase at a time!
When will I receive my items?
We strive to get orders that we receive between Monday through Friday out the next business day!
We offer ground shipping and our lead times are approximately 10 business days. However, please keep in mind that due to COVID 19, there is a potential for delays.
Lost Packages:
We ship packages with delivery confirmation and tracking.
Once a package is marked “delivered,” The Eclectic Charge is not responsible for missing packages due to theft or postal error.
If you have not received a package marked “delivered,” please check with your local post office.
Cancellations:
Once an order is submitted, it moves into processing. From this point, it is difficult to cancel an order.
If you contact us immediately, we will do our best to stop the shipment but we cannot guarantee a cancellation.
